This platform was originally conceptualized after lengthy conversations with the now late Pauline Gray. At the time, late 2000, she was CEO of the Jamaica Exporters Association. Marc DM approached her with the concept, but it was way ahead of its time. The possibilities are now endless as we watch the digital divide fade to a mere dot of a factor. And so, here we are.

Now, as the premiere platform for Jamaican news, sports, culture, people and events, that doesn't mean that we dare forget what sets us apart. Even as some would like to think it's our white sand beaches, our sense of regionalism or our impressive tally of athletics medals, it's really the music.

From mento, folk, rocksteady, ska, dancehall, and roots reggae, diversity reigns. But if you are really allergic to 'cake soap' we also boast more wholesome offerings like Ska and Jazz if Toots Hibbert and Monty Alexander are more to your liking.
